Founder and Owner of KarmaKidsYoga

Beth has been practising yoga for 15 years and is certified to teach children's yoga through the Next Generation Teacher Training for 2-13 year olds and the Radiant Child Yoga Program Levels 1, 2 and 3 (infant to teens). She studied ballet for 12 years and has taught Fun with Movement Classes at Kim's School of Ballet in Sydney .

Beth is also a qualified Montessori pre-school teacher and has spent the past 15 years combining her interests in education, child development and psychology in a variety of ways. She has written a Literacy program for years K to HSC and has worked for international companies training staff and supervisors in teaching Literacy, as well as working with children to enhance their literacy skills.

Betweeen August 2002 and March 2005 she co-owned a children’s toyshop in Sydney's Eastern suburbs which offers a wide range of educational toys as well as craft workshops and birthday parties.

KarmaKidsYoga unites Beth's passion for yoga with her respect for children and their willingness to be spontaneous and explore with their body, mind and spirit. Her aim is to encourage a positive yoga experience that will grow with children into adulthood, and to help children feel good about themselves both inside and out!
